WITH AIR POLISHING

A significant difference in efficiency is observed between the two cleaning methods. The pumice solution forcing deeper into the regions.

Fissure cleaning with an air polisher unit produces a statistically significant increase in depth of penetration of sealant resin. Its use as a standard cleaning method before fissure sealing is highly recommended.

No leakage, increased penetration of the sealant, enhanced bonding due to a higher contact surface.
